Nancy Smith and John Casey live in a red brick town house with their three daughters.

The West Village house of my friend Nancy was featured in the New York Times home section this Sunday.  Nancy lives with her family in a fantastic townhouse that she and her husband lovingly restored over time with liberal use of fleamarket and craig’s list finds.  The article provides great inspiration for DIY renovators.  Enjoy!

    Wow…what a steal! And so much work. The place is beautiful…bet they can’t wait until the building fully belongs to them! :) And how exciting for them to be in the NYTimes! I would be beside myself…not to mention a cleaning nightmare for weeks :)
